How It Works

How to Prepare our Smoothies:

Blend all of our smoothies using a blender.


Step 1  –  Choose the recommend liquid base (see label on cup) and fill cup so there is 2-3 cm left to the top.
Step 2  –  Toss it all into the blender and start it.
Step 3  –  Once done, pour it all back into the cup and use the Frutify straw.  It doesn’t get any easier!

 


How to Prepare our Food Bowls:

Heat on either a  stove top or in a microwave. 


Step 1  –  Empty the bowl into a saucepan/pot or use the microwave-safe Frutify bowl. 
Step 2  –  If using a stove top, place a saucepan/pot on the stove and stir over low heat for 4-6 minutes, until texture is thick and creamy (feel free to add a bit of water).  If using a microwave, place bowl into microwave and heat for 3-4 minutes and it will be ready to eat.
Step 3  –  Return it to the Frutify bowl or place it on your favourite plate!


How to Prepare our Chia Puddings:

These Chia puddings are delicious either cold or hot!   


(Cold)  Soak it overnight
Step 1
  –  Take it out from the freezer and fill cup with milk of your choice so there is 2-3 cm left to the top.
Step 2  –  Put lid back on cup and soak in the fridge overnight. 
Step 3  – Stir before eating or place lid back on and take it to go!


(Hot)  Heat in a pot or microwave:
Step 1
  –  Take it out from the freezer and fill cup with milk of your choice so there is 2-3 cm left to the top.
Step 2  –  Heat it all in a saucepan/pot on the stove, or in a microwave for 3 – 5 minutes, stirring halfway through heating time until your desired consistency has been reached. 
Step 3  –  Stir before eating and enjoy!
